Shipping service

Processing and shipping of your order will take place the following business day. Please note that products will not be shipped or delivered on the weekends or federal holidays, nor do weekends or federal holidays count when determining shipping speed.

Overnight orders shipped on Friday will not arrive until Monday. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at (714) 849-5700 ext.221.


All orders will be sent “Signature Required”. If you do not want your order to be shipped “Signature Required”, please note so in the Order Comment section. If you choose to waive this option, Kenko will not be responsible for any package once it has been confirmed delivered by the carrier.


NOTE: Kenko will only ship-to and bill-to addresses within the United States. All other orders will be rejected or cancelled. Kenko does not ship to PO Boxes.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance including without limitation shipping or processing caused by or resulting from any cause or thing beyond our control, including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, riots, war, labor difficulties, accidents, and weather.
